Terms of Facebook Agreement

You the client, agree to:

  • Allow Firecrest Systems represent you on Facebook.
  • To provide Firecrest Systems with regular content and information that can be used on Facebook.
  • Should restriction or special instructions be required on the content provided; then detailed written instruction must be sent in accompaniment. Acknowledgement of these instructions shall be sent to confirm understanding and receipt.
  • Any complaints regarding finished goods must be received within a reasonable time. What is “reasonable time” will depend on the circumstances of each case, but not more than seven days.
  • When required you may be asked to provide material (i.e. to answer question). In these you shall make every best effort to respond in a timely manner.
  • Any content you wish for release should be provided to Firecrest Systems a minimum of 2 working days prior to release, to guarantee its release.


Firecrest Systems agree to:

  • Conduct this service in good faith and act in the best interest of you the client.
  • Firecrest Systems is restricted to only utilise content that has been provided by you the client.
  • Any information that is not provided by yourself must be approved by yourself before it can be published.
  • Where problems occur with third parties Firecrest Systems shall work on behalf of the client to resolve all problems. Firecrest Systems will make every attempt to rectify any problems; however Firecrest Systems Limited will not be held responsible for the actions of a third party.
  • Firecrest Systems Limited is not required to reproduce material or produce any goods that are, deemed in Firecrest Systems Limited’s opinion, illegal, objectionable, or libellous in nature or that is in breach of any copyright, patent, design or statute. Firecrest Systems Limited will be indemnified by the customer in respect of any and all damages claim, costs and expenses (including actual legal costs and disbursements on a solicitor and own client basis). For which Firecrest Systems Limited may be liable for which it may suffer arising out of any liable, or breach of statute or infringement of copyright, patent or design which may be associated with the goods provided by the supplier to the customer.
  • Firecrest Systems where appropriate may alter the content provided, to better fit Facebook. This includes but is not restricted to:
    • Summarisation of documents.
    • Commenting on information that is been published.
  • Any question posted to you the client via Facebook shall only be answered, were the answer is in the material provided. In the case the answer is not available it shall be forwarded to you to provide an answer.
  • Firecrest Systems is obliged to follow the terms and conditions of Facebook and shall not knowingly breach them.
  • Firecrest Systems is obliged to follow all aspects of the Law and shall not knowingly breach them.
  • Firecrest Systems shall not be held responsible for the content provided by you the client.
