First Step

Our first step web service can give you a cost effective web start, this is the perfect service for those who need a stylish functional website that is not too large. With the service we custom design and develop your new site.

Features

  • A fully upgradeable site with no up front fees.
  • A graphically designed five page website plus two content supplied pages featuring terms and conditions of trade and a privacy policy.
  • Small changes to the site are undertaken by Firecrest graphic designers for free; larger changes attract moderate fees.
  • A post graduate qualified IT consultant reviews your site each month to talk in plain English about your web traffic and how to grow it.
  • Free hosting and support of your website.

Client Requirements

  • Clients write their own word content.
  • Clients begin paying once their contract is signed. Most businesses spend 6 weeks selecting or commissioning images and graphic design. Set up graphic design is capped at 20 hours per month.

Terms and Conditions

  • Clients sign a two year contract.
  • Clients can exercise a 'Walk Away' Option with no penalty after the first four months of their contract.

Graphic Design

  • Small design changes under 1 hour are free. (Note changes are added up so 4 changes of 15 mins in one month would be 1 hourof design time).
  • Graphic design changes longer than 1 hour are charged at graphic design rates.
